Using Feng Shui to improve your Health, Wealth and Happiness...
Photographic Feng Shui Enhancers in conjunction with Fish Eyed Monster

One of the simplest and most effective ways to enhance your Life using Feng Shui is to place Feng Shui Enhancements in appropriate locations. Use our Feng Shui software to determine the best location, such as the Compass School or Flying Star. You can also use the Chinese Horoscope to discover your personal Element balance - and work out which extra Elements are needed to balance your Life.

These methods show you which Elements need to be enhanced - it might be your own Element (click here to look up your personal Element), or it might be a supportive Element - for example Water which supports (or enhances) Wood - which you find from the Cycle of Elements:

Feng Shui for Modern Living Magazine in conjunction with the specialist photography site Fish Eyed Monster, have developed a series of photographs which can be hung on your walls in exactly the right place to enhance your Life. Choose the photographs that will best enhance your Life - or choose the full set to enhance all the aspects of your Life.

We have worked with a team of Feng Shui experts, specialist photographers and Interior designers to come up with some unique Feng Shui Enhancers - which are only available from the Feng Shui for Modern Living website. The photographs are shown below - if you would like to purchase one - just click on the "Buy Now" button.

Water - from www.FishEyedMonster.co.ukWater - Shui

Water is a crucial element for all living things. It should always be clean and fresh, and, if possible, moving. A simple fish tank (with fish to circulate the water), a fountain or just a bowl of water can be used. Outside a waterfall, fountain, fish pond, or even a stream can be used as enhancers.

Water colours are dark blue or black.

Water represents the Kan Trigram (1) in the North.

Wood - from www.FishEyedMonster.co.ukWood - Mu

Wood is symbolised by growing plants. To benefit from the chi of wood, it is preferable to use live wood - not "dead" wood as in furniture or carved objects. A green house plant or tree is ideal since it gives out chi. A dead plant holds no chi and is actually “Sha” (a bad influence). Make sure any plants are healthy and do not have thorns or prickles (like cacti)

Wood is the colour green.

Wood represents the directions of East and the Zhen Trigram (3). It also represents the South East and the Xun Trigram (4).

Fire - from www.FishEyedMonster.co.ukFire - Huo

Fire is the strongest “Yang” of the elements. It is the hot summer or the heat and flames from a log fire. For Feng Shui enhancements you can use candles, a fire or lights. A red table lamp with a red shade is another powerful Fire symbol.

Other easy symbols using the colour red would be flowers, paintings or soft furnishings.

Fire colours include red, yellow and orange.

Fire represents the South and the Li Trigram (9).

Fire enhances Earth...

Earth - from www.FishEyedMonster.co.ukEarth - Ti

Earth is the element of stability and strength, the base of your Life. Outside you can use rocks or boulders, such as a rock garden. Inside clay statues, crystals or terracotta pots filled with soil make a great Earth enhancer. Earth is also represented as the Mountain.

Earth colours include yellow, buff, fawn, browns and terracotta, and are effective when used in carpets or wallpaint.

Earth represents the North East or the Gen Trigram (8). It also represents the South West or the Kun Trigram (2). Additionally, it represents the “Centre” of the Trigram (5).
