Feng Shui Professional Software
New Flying Star Features

The Feng Shui Professional program has been updated with a set of exciting and useful new features for the Flying Star module. This is probably the most accurate Flying Star method (unless you are using a Lo Pan) but is also rather complex. In this module the Feng Shui Professional program does all the calculations for you!

Monthly Flying Stars

In main Flying Star screen, you can now select the "Month vs Earth" option, and then use the new Calendar picker to select the Month of interest. This lets you determine the most appropriate time for various Home activities - perhaps redecorating, or inviting a person to stay.

Flying Star Cures

Clicking on the small "Magnifying Glass" button on the right hand side of the Flying Star window, pops up a small display of suggested Cures and Enhancements for the selected location, and the specific Star.

Star Comparisons

Another new feature is the "Star Comparison" panel at the bottom right of the screen. This shows the effect of the two selected Stars (Earth vs Facing, Year vs Earth, Year vs Facing or Month vs Earth).

This effect is a guide to the "side effects" of the combination, but does not overrule the main reading at the top of the screen.

Colour Matching

Clicking on the "Colour Match" button will show suggested ways to use Colour to enhance or cure the various star combinations of the chosen location. For example, in the page shown above, to cure the effect of the [3] Green Facing Star, it is suggested to reduce the Wood element, and Increase the Metal element. These cures are based on the theory of the Five Elements.

Flying Star Details

Another new feature is a pop-up display of details of any Star. This is found by Double-Clicking with the Mouse on any coloured Star square on the screen, and shows many useful and interesting details of the selected Star.
